A small piece with remarkable presence. Carved from solid rain tree wood, Hakon transforms a practical side table into an expressive sculptural object. Its flowing curves and open centre create a beautiful interplay of shape, texture and light.
The natural wood grain gives each piece its own individual character, bringing warmth and organic beauty to thoughtfully curated living spaces.

KASODI NOTE
Hakon is a wonderful example of furniture that feels almost like a piece of art. Its distinctive carved interior and softly twisting silhouette create visual interest from every angle.
We particularly love the way the natural grain follows the sculptural curves. Made from a solid block of rain tree wood, each table has its own variations in colour, grain and character.
Compact yet expressive, Hakon is equally at home beside a favourite armchair, in a quiet reading corner or as a standalone accent in a warm, contemporary interior.
MATERIALS & CARE
Hakon is made from solid rain tree wood, carved to create its distinctive sculptural silhouette. The wood originates from Indonesia, and natural differences in grain, colour and shape make each piece unique.
As the wood naturally evolves over time, cracks may appear. These are part of the material's natural character, rather than an indication that every piece will remain visually identical.
Clean with a damp cloth and a mild cleaning product, then dry immediately. Use coasters to protect the surface from moisture. Avoid direct sunlight, nearby heat sources, abrasive cleaners, bleach and solvents.
Good to know: Suitable for indoor spaces and covered outdoor areas. Protect the table from prolonged exposure to rain and direct weather conditions.
KASODI STYLING
Place Hakon beside a generously curved armchair or a softly upholstered sofa. The contrast between solid wood and tactile fabric creates a beautifully balanced composition.
Style the tabletop with a small handmade ceramic bowl, a favourite book or a single sculptural object. Keep the arrangement simple to let the carved silhouette take centre stage.
Pair the warm wood grain with linen, woven rugs, travertine and soft plaster walls. These understated materials enhance its organic character without competing with its distinctive form.
